About Khetiyaar

Khetiyaar is an AI farming companion built in Gujarat, for farmers who think in Gujarati, Hindi or English. It covers the whole season — planning what to sow, diagnosing what went wrong, checking what the mandi is paying, and selling directly to a buyer nearby.

What we will not do

The limits of what we claim, stated in public. These are commitments, not disclaimers.

  1. We do not invent numbers. Mandi prices come from AGMARKNET via data.gov.in under the GODL-India licence, and every price carries the date the market committee reported it.

  2. We do not present estimates as promises. Distances to mandis are approximate district-level figures shown with a “~”, and travel cost and net price are adjustable estimates you can change.

  3. We do not claim a GPS area is a legal survey. Land measurement is for planning; land records, sale and boundary disputes need the revenue authority.

  4. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show third-party advertising inside the app.

  5. We are independent of any government body. We never register you for a scheme or file anything on your behalf, and we do not collect your Aadhaar, land records or bank details.

Why Gujarati first

Advice a farmer cannot read in the language he thinks in is advice he will not act on. Khetiyaar is Gujarati-first, with full Hindi and English, and that includes the AI itself — not just translated menus.

Every guide on this site is published in all three languages rather than machine-translated on demand, so the Gujarati reads like Gujarati.

Read-aloud is available on the guides, because a farmer standing in a field is often listening rather than reading.
